EVENT DETAILS
Please join us for our RIMS Upstate New York holiday party as we celebrate our successful 2023 chapter year! We will be enjoying a night filled with casino games, food, open bar and music with all of our chapter members and friends. We encourage you to invite your significant other or bring a friend to this social event!
The theme is OLD VEGAS. So everyone come dressed to impress! Prizes for best dressed costume!
The open bar will include wines, bottled beers, an assortment of spirits and soft drinks. We'll have plenty of appetizers the entire evening as well!
We have partnered with Upstate Vegas Events to provide the absolute BEST form of casino gambling outside of Las Vegas! Table games will include blackjack, roulette, craps, poker and more!
All attendees will be given $1000 credit to gamble for the night. Chips will be handed in at the end of the evening for raffle tickets for your chance to win a prize. $200 = 1 raffle ticket.
Bring 5 cans of non-perishable food to the event to donate at the door for an extra $1000 credit token! All donations will be made to a local food bank.
If you lose your money before the night ends, you will have an opportunity to purchase an additional $1000 credit for $20 via cash, credit or venmo. Any proceeds will go back directly to our chapter for future events and programming.

- Please note that all active members will be allotted one guest at the discounted price. Attendees must pay for their guest in a separate transaction in full prior to event. Please provide the following information for a member guest registration: your email address (where you prefer to receive the invoice), guest’s full name and guest’s email address. An invoice will be sent manually via PayPal. Please pay upon receipt. Members will be asked to provide this information during their registration process.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your registration, please email the Chapter Secretary, Tara Grillo at tara.grillo@cbrands.com, by 5:00pm by Thursday, January 11, 2024. Late cancellations will be charged the non-member fee.
